Hello Everyone... this is my 2nd post of the day.

CAS(E) this Sketch that is :)

What a fun sketch from Julie Day right?  Hehehe... I call it tic-tac-toe sketch.

It was a tough sketch for me....I didn't know what to put in my little tic-tac-toe spots...LOL!
With all the contemplating here and there.....I just went with my go-to little people cutie stamp set from
Mama Elephant COSMIC STARS  I hope you guys don't mind seeing them again. As for the tic-tac-toe lines, I used the Wplus9 BORDERS & BACKGROUNDS 2. I also stamped some images from Avery Elle OH HAPPY DAY & LOVE NOTES.

Finally...the sentiments are all Wplus9 from the new HAND LETTERED HELLO set "there" & "hello"The sentiment "from all of us" is also Wplus9 WHOLE LOTTA' HAPPY set.

Here's the full view.

I hope you enjoyed this short post :)

CAS(E) this Sketch #71

Hello....hello...its time for another....

For this week we are using Gayatri's sketch....who doesn't love a splattering
here and there?

As for my take I splatter my card base with Heidi Swapp Color Shine in GOLD and BLACK.  For my focal point I die-cut the Wplus 9 LABEL LAYERS 3 and stamped the image frame from VERY VINTAGE FLORAL in black. For my flower image I used the Wplus9 HOPE SEED CO I just colored the flower with copics. To finish off my card then, I used the Wplus9 BASIC BANNERS stamp set and die.

Here's the full image.

I hope you enjoyed my fast simple take.

2. Then I created a middle panel for my card, I first masked the bottom and distress it using Distress ink PEELED PAINT, then added the grass using COPIC markers.
3. Next, then stamped the panda stamps from Mama Elephant PANDAMONIUM, and then added the umbrella from UP AND AWAY, then fussy cut each image then adhere with foam dots.
4. Lastly, the stamp set I used for the sentiment is from Wplus9 HEARTFELT MIX set.

For this card, I used some patterned papers from Basic Grey and Crate papers for my pennants. For my focal point the Gorgeous rose image is from Wplus9 COMING UP ROSES stamp set. The sentiment is from Wplus9 as well, FANCIFUL FEATHERS set. I fussy cut my roses and sentiment then adhere on the card. I added some sequins on the center of the rose, and other sentiments are scattered on the card here and there. The sequins is from Pretty Pink Posh products. I added some Heidi Swapp black color shine added on my card to finish it of.

CAS(E) this Sketch #67

Hello Everyone.....
Its time for another CAS(E) this sketch

What a fun sketch made by Chrissy Larson.

To begin my card:
1. First, I made a card from a white cardstock, then cut another white cardstock for my front panel. I did cut the front panel a little shorter than the A2 card.
2. Before I adhere the panel, I inked my heat mat with Brushed Corduroy, I also added some water so the ink on my mat so when I splatter will only give me light colors, it really depends on how diluted you want your splatter to be.
3. Once the panel is dry, I the distress the bottom of my card with Wild Honey, just to have a little touch of color at bottom..

4. Next, I then die- cut some tags using PTI tag sale 6, kraft, white, and vellum papers.
5. For my tag I first embossed my Hero Arts Large Flower Background with white embossing power. I then colored my vellum image with Tim Holtz Distress Inks...(see inks below).
6. Next I then stamped my sentiment From Wplus9 Fanciful Feathers on a white cardstock then I fussy cut and adhere it on my card with foam tape.
7. For the final touch, I die-cut some gold foil cardstock using the Dancing Butterflies from Memory box.
8. I then added some hot pink twill ribbon and Natural twine to finish off the card.

Here's the full look of the card.

I hope you like my take.

CAS(E) this Sketch #66

Hello Everyone,
Happy Thursday and another
CAS(E) this Sketch week.

The sketch for this week is pretty simple but loads of possibilities :)

For my sketch...I created a shaker card using Wplus9 stamp sets from
Dockside, Dockside Background, Country Charm, More Fresh Cuts, Stackers Rounded Rectangles, Nautical Notion Die, and Happy Trio Dies.

1. First I created my card base from a white cardstock, I first stamped my bird image and sun using the wrong side of the tiny life saver image included in the Dockside stamp set. Then did a little ink distressing.
2. Then, I created a panel same size of the A2 card then stamped it with wood grain background and the bottom of the panel I stamped it with the rope image also from the same set  Dockside Background
3. This is where I cut my window using the 2nd to the largest of the  Rounded Rectangles. After cutting the window I cut another panel this time using the largest of the Rounded Rectangles where I stamped the stripes using the Country Charm with the Wplus9 Lake House pigment ink.
4. Next, I attached my clear cardstock panel at the back of the window, then attached some foam dots to help my sequins move around. The sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh cornflower, cobalt, and clear.
5. I die-cut the boat image from the stand alone Nautical Notion Die. I colored the boat with my Copics but the sail I stamped it with images from More Fresh Cuts. This is a retirement card for a female after all *-* adding the flower image that way I think is better if you don't want a bulk when you mail it :)

6. I added the "happy" die from Happy Trio Dies just recently released for the month of February. The "retirement" sentiment is from Dockside stamp set which I cut and adhere it with foam dots for a little dimension.

Here's the full look of the card.

I hope you enjoyed my Nautical flower retirement card.

CAS(E) this Sletch #65

Hello... CAS(E) this Sketch lovers....
Isn't this sketch made by Sam Simpson Amazing? There are just so many possibilities with this one :)

For my card the stamps I used are from Winnie & Walter Scenery: Big Bang Confetti and
Mama Elephant Up and Away.

1. First, I created my card from a cardstock, then adhere the MME paper on top of my A2 card.
2. Then I cut a panel just a tad smaller than my A2 card and stamp all the circles and stars images from W&W.  I really love this stamp set :)

3. I then stamped all my images on a separate cardstock then colored and fussy cut all the images and adhere on my card with foam dots for dimensions.

4. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment from the same set from ME.

Here's the full view of the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed my card :)

CAS(E) this Sketch #64

Hello...Lovelies...its time for another

Sketch of the week is from no other than N@ Ali. Fun eh?

For my card I started with my pieces below....
Using stamps from Wplus9 More Fresh Cuts, Fresh Cut Florals, Fresh Baked, Happy Harvest, and
Paisley Patterns.

I just want to show you how I cheated masking...ha! I just cover everything with the wheelbarrow :)

Oh...yes I cut my card panel with Mama Elephant Femme Frames die cuts.
For my card base, I only distress (Tim Holtz Distress ink in Wild Honey) the half of the card to show the colors fading on the other side. After stamping all the flowers, I added Liquid Pearls in Platinum Pearl for added dimension on the center of the flowers.
Here's the close-up :)

More close-up

I added some foam dots on the card panel and the wheel borrow for dimensions.

Also: Linking this up at Wplus9 Week 2 Birthday Celebration Step It Up "dimension".

Here's the full view of the card.
