Wplus9 TBT - Sending Happy Thoughts

Hello Everyone, Happy Monday I hope you guys had a good weekend :)
Today I want to share this card I made for the Wplus9 Throwback Thursday.

To begin my card I cut a panel same size as the A2 card using the patterned paper from Lawn Fawn Let's Polka Mon Amie 6x6 paper pad.  I then I die-cut another panel using the Wplus9 Sunshine Layers die on a regular white cardstock paper and stamped the sentiment on the center of the panel using the sentiment from Wplus9 Strictly Sentiments 2.

Next. I die-cut some wreath on white cardstock and Brushed Bronze Metal sheet from Add a little Dazzle using the Wplus9 Spring Wreath die.

Next, I stamped and die-cut the flowers/leaves from Wplus9 Spring Blooms to add on the wreath for focal point. For the flowers I used the Wplus9 inks in Little Piggy, Miami Spice, and Wild Mango dye inks. For the leaves I used Beanstalk dye ink.

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all you Moms out there <3  I made this card for my Mom using the new April 2014 Release from Wplus9 SPRING BLOOMS stamps and dies set. I also used the Wplus9 STRICTLY SENTIMENTS 4.

1. To begin I first cut an A2 size watercolor paper then very slightly watercolored it with Distress Ink Milled Lavender for a hint of the color, then let it dry for a while.

2. Next, I die-cut the images from SPRING BLOOMS and arranged it and adhere them on my watercolor panel.

3. Then I stamped the sentiment from STRICTLY SENTIMENTS 4 using my Distress Marker in Vintage Photo after swiping the marker on the sentiment then I dabbed it with my paint brush with very little water to get the watercolor look.

4. For the final touches I then added some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh 6mm Marshmallow & 4mm Gold.
