Its time for another MIM this week. I've been wanting to try this technique ever since I saw Betsy made a card in her blog few weeks back... he he he. I guess its time to try it for myself, I must say I really like this technique different and unique!
For the base of my card just used vintage cream cardstock and cover it with wood grain paper from Crate Paper. First I stamped sentiment from Table Service then used my Signo Uni-ball broad pen to draw a line at the bottom of my first sentiment, then the second sentiment was from Movers & Shakers. At the bottom of that you see the dotted lines from Button Boutique. The rest for the sentiments I used was from Pretty Peonies and Party Poppers. I also used the plate and piece of cake stamp from Table service. I just added a flower piecing from an old paper line of My Minds Eye to add a little color to my card. I also added border lines using gold Gelly roll pen from Sakura.
I added a background stamp image on my card using Pretty Peonies just to add a little something on my card, hopefully you can see it on my picture. You can also see here that I also used gold embossing powder incorporated on my card for added drama so to speak, I really like how it turned out don't you think?
