Party - Ellie Card

Hello Everyone, I made this card for the a little boy who will be celebrating his 5th B-day. I hope you don't mind its another elephant card *-* Its a rush rush card non the less and thought before giving it way I would enter it to Card Fusion Challenge :).

To begin my card I used one of the elephant image from the Wplus9 Unforgettable stamps set. I also used the tiny flag/banner from Wplus9 Sweets & Treat stamp set. I masked the ellie first and stamped the stick image for the flag to get the look as if the ellie is holding the flag.

I then colored the ellie and die-cut a circle shape from it using the Circle Spellbinder dies. Next I stamped the card base with hearts from Wplus9 Lucky Stars and added a torn vellum, a strip of of "happy birthday" sentiment from Unforgettable set. I also added a strip of yellow cardstock using the Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Borders 1 dies.

To finish off the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh flat Lemon Meringue and Sparkling Clear sequins in 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Hello Everyone, Happy Monday I hope you guys had a good weekend :)
Today I want to share this card I made for the Wplus9 Throwback Thursday.

To begin my card I cut a panel same size as the A2 card using the patterned paper from Lawn Fawn Let's Polka Mon Amie 6x6 paper pad.  I then I die-cut another panel using the Wplus9 Sunshine Layers die on a regular white cardstock paper and stamped the sentiment on the center of the panel using the sentiment from Wplus9 Strictly Sentiments 2.

Next. I die-cut some wreath on white cardstock and Brushed Bronze Metal sheet from Add a little Dazzle using the Wplus9 Spring Wreath die.

Next, I stamped and die-cut the flowers/leaves from Wplus9 Spring Blooms to add on the wreath for focal point. For the flowers I used the Wplus9 inks in Little Piggy, Miami Spice, and Wild Mango dye inks. For the leaves I used Beanstalk dye ink.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Peek-a-boo watercolored background

Hello Everyone I finally made a card, feeling a little much better today.

For today's card I used one of the cute Ellie from Wplus9 Unforgettable stamp set
and Pretty Pink Posh Peek-a-Boo die.

This card is really easy to re-create and multiply. I first die-cut the Peek-a-Boo die on a watercolored paper, but before watercoloring the each die-cut I made sure and taped the back side of the watercolor paper to avoid the little pieces from the die-cut unravel from the water.

Once the die-cut panel is dried, I then stamped the sentiment from the Unforgettable stamp set on a black cardstock using a Versamark ink and embossed it with white embossing powder. I fussy cut the sentiment, adhered the Ellie that I die-cut, and colored with Copics.

To finish off the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Lime Sorbet and Sparkling Clear.

Here's another look :)

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Pretty Pink Posh - March 2015 Release Blog Hop!

Hello Everyone,
You should have arrived from Leigh's blog.

For my first project I used the square die from the Stitched Banner Duo dies making the negative be the focal point and created a window for the Ellies from Wplus9 Unforgettable stamp set.

I first die-cut the square window, then drew my square pencil lines on a separate panel using the window panel as a guide. Once the square lines were drawn I then stamped Ellies to get their positions on the window.

Next, I started watercoloring the background on these window images then followed by watercoloring the Ellies.

For the image below, you can still see the pencil marks. I erased the pencil marks after the images became completely dry.

Next, I stamped the window panel using the stars from the same stamped set Wplus9 Unforgettable stamp set the sentiment "hope your birthday is Unforgettable" is also from the same set.

The sentiment was stamped using the new Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Labels 1 dies. I used the banner label die.

Next, I added all the sequins and seed beads from Pretty Pink Posh to create a shaker window for my card. The sequins I used Spring Flower Sequins Mix, 4mm Springtime Sequins Mix, 6mm Springtime Sequins, Lime Sorbet, Sparkling Clear, Summer Mix Sequins. I also used the seed beads in Silver Shimmer, Marshmallow, and Sparkling Clear.

On this card I also used the new Pretty Pink Posh Picket Fence Die, and Lawn Fawn grass die.

For my next card I used the new Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Banner Duo  dies. I used just the banner this time to created an image tag for my card.

Really simply to assemble card, I think it took me longer to color and fussy cut all the images. The monkey and the elephant are from the new Lawn Fawn Critters in the Jungle stamp set.

Next, to create a more fun look I cut a slit on the Ellie's trunk to insert one of the new Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Labels 1 dies as if the Ellie is holding the label tag.

To finish it off I added some PPP Sparkling Clear and Summer Mix Sequins.

I hope you enjoyed!

Sparkle & Shine Challenge!

Hello Everyone, I am participating on the new challenge called Sparkle & Shine Challenge.

For my card I created a clover with stamped flower image on it. If you know me, you know I cannot live without flowers LOL :). I incorporated the Wplus9 Pretty Peonies on my die-cut hearts made into a clover using the Wplus9 Clear Cut Stackers: Hearts.

To begin, I die-cut the hearts on a watercolor paper using the Wplus9 Clear Cut Stackers: Hearts.

Next, I stamped the Wplus9 Pretty Peonies on the watercolored die-cut hearts, then started watercoloring the hearts with Distress ink in Crushed Olive.

Once the heart is dried, I then start coloring the flower with just the hint of green and yellows. I stem and the leaf is hand cut after coloring a piece of watercolor paper.

Next, I die-cut the bottom of the watercolor panel with Pretty Pink Posh using the Stitched Borders 2 dies the large stitched scallop. I then splattered some Distress ink in Crushed Olive after diluting it on my craft mat with water.

I then assembled all the pieces on my watercolor panel and added some Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Sparkling Clear and Lime Sorbet.

Once everything placed on the panel I adhered it on a Kraft card base and added the sentiment "are one of a kind" from Wplus9 Hand Lettered Thanks stamp set. I also added the "you" die-cut from Wplus9 Hand Lettered Thanks dies.

I hope you guys enjoyed!
