Books are Golden

Hello Lovelies.....
Just a quick post for today!
I am entering this card at CASology.
The cue card for this challenge is BOOK.

On my card I use my old stamp image from Graphic45, I colored the image with copics on a separate
white card stock and fuzzy cut the image.

As for the sentiment I did not have any sentiment that will go on my card so
I just created "Books are Golden" using my computer, I printed the words on the card stock
stamped the bubble talk image from Lawn Fawn on top of my printed sentiment, cut it then
adhere it with foam dots.

As for the final touch, I added some silver air mail washi tape on top and bottom of my card.

I hope you guys like my take on the challenge.
Thank you so much for visiting!

I have been seeing lots of Dream Catcher on pinterest lately.

Since I do not have a real dream catcher stamps,
I made my own using WPlus9 so here it is......

For my dream catcher card I used stamp sets from Fanciful Feathers, Blanket Stitched Blooms,

Here I stamped my images on a panel for my cardstock and I stamp my Lacey layers again
on a separate cardstock then die cut the images for added dimensions.

Here is the list of the inks I use just in case you are interested:

Here's when I put all my images on top of the other.

I added some pearls on my lacey layers for added interest.

Here is the sentiment of the card, and more pearls at the bottom.

Here just to show you the dimensions of the card.

The full look of my dream catcher card.

I hope you guys like my post even though its a bit long.

Just Saying

Hello Everyone!
Just another card share.
I cannot help make another card using this squirrel.
I made a not so typical LOVE card out of him this time, but its a love card nonetheless.

The Stamp sets I used in this card are Nuts for you, Merry Little Christmas, and Scrolling Script for the little
hearts you see. The "Just Saying" sentiment is from the Bubble Talk set.

To begin with, I did not have any grass die-cut on my stash so I just made my own using vellum.
I cut a piece of vellum and colored it with my Papertrey ink pad Spring Moss.....yup just like what you see on the image below. I just waited for it to dry and then I started cutting the vellum but not all the way, I left
some space at the bottom to adhere a strip of cardstock.

Here's how it looks like after I cut it, then I started coloring it again this time with a darker color
Simply Chartreuse to give it a darker unbalance color.

I then stamp the squirrel image from Nuts for you, colored him with copics and fuzzy cut him.
The heart that you see is from Studio Calico Heart and Arrows wood veneers
I just colored it with red sharpie and then added some glossy accents then waited for it to dry.

After I stamped all my images on my card panel I then cut a strip of white cardstock and colored it
with simply chartreuse ink pad and adhere on top of my grass vellum.

I tried to put him between the cut vellum for added interest.
So here is the final product card.
I hope you guys enjoyed!

Thanksgiving

Hello there Everyone!
Its time for another card share, I have not done it in quite sometime.
So I made a card hoping to inspire you since Autumn is just around the corner :)
I finally got some new stamp sets from Papertrey Ink one of the set is this Nuts For You.
Do you see this cute Squirrel, isn't he sooooo...adorable?
I couldn't help but ink him up right away.
So here's what I came up with.
I stamp all my images first in a separate white cardstock, color each one with copics and then
fuzzy cut. I then arranged them on my card base before gluing and adhering each piece.

But before adhering all the pieces together, I cut a strip of Aqua Mist cardstock
then stamp one of the image from Autumn Pattern Pieces to ground all my images.

Once I finally got all my pieces together, its time to adhere everything.

For the sentiment I used the stamp set from Basket of Blessings.
I really like this stamp set because the sentiment is so big and pretty.

I heat embossed this sentiment using gold embossing powder, I think
it gives the card a warm feel and it pulls all the pieces together.

The full image of the leaves that you see on the sides that's golden in color, this is the
ink pad from Delicata, Golden Glitz, I just love this ink its so vibrant.
Oh and that leaves is from the Autumn Acorn stamp set.

I used a black gem for his eyes....heehehe.....this squirrel is just so cute!
Oh and the basket that you see here is from the Basket of Blessings stamp set, which holds
some of the acorns and leaves :)

Here is the full look of the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed my card share.
Have a fabulous weekend!!!

Grateful Beyond Measure

Hello Everyone, I hope you guys are having good weekend so far.
As for me its all good just busy with school since school started this week for my kiddo,
trying to help her settled with everything :)

But nevertheless I cannot help myself make a card with this sketch, don't you think its so
amazingly fetching?

Here is my take.
I used the new stamp from Papertrey Ink Autumn Pattern Pieces for my banner and
as for my talk bubble I used the stamp from Mama Elephant Hello.
I added some flowers and starts from Dear Lizzy Thanks a Bunch, I then fuzzy cut each one
for added interest on my card. Since the sentiment is about grateful I wanted to add
some elements here and there :)

Here is the full image of the card.

Just in case you need the ink information please look below:
Papertrey Ink - Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Fizz, Summer Sunrise, Limeade Ice, Aqua Mist
and Gold Glitz from Delicata.

Thank You Card

Hello Everyone!
I hope you are having a fine Tuesday :)
I am so happy that its not raining here in Florida today, since
its hurricane season this time of the year.

I just can't stop inking this new stamp set from WPlus9 Fanciful Feathers.
I just made a very simple card to imitate that the feathers falling.
I just adore this stamp set...... don't you?

I added some glitters only on the dots on feathers, just to have a little interest here and there.

I added some foam dots on the panel to add dimension on the card.

If you can see some of the feathers are bent, I just bend some of the feathers before stamping on my panel
(only the medium and large images I can do it because the little feather images are already bent).

I hope you guys like how the card came about :)

Hope you enjoyed this fast card share!
Thank you so much for looking.
Have a great week!!!

So Grateful

Hello Everyone!
I am participating on WPlus9

In this card I used the new release Fanciful Feathers stamp set.
As for the border on top and bottom of the card  I used the Chantilly Trim.

On this card I only used the stand alone dies to create my focal point.
I first die-cut the vellum and used the VersaMarker pen to outline my vellum papers then heat
embossed with silver embossing powder by Filigree. I die-cut the other stand alone feather and
embossed it with gold embossing powder.

I then adhere the two feathers on top of the other and added some
sequin and twine to finish the look.

As for the sentiment you might ask, it is the sentiment from fanciful feathers as well....Lovely isn't :)

Here's another look of the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed.
Thank you much for visiting!

Thanks

Hello Everyone!
I am participating at Avery Elle I <3 Challenge.

Love this color combo :)

and here is my take ....

I use the stamp from Avery Elle Texture Tiles: Be Cool.
As for the flowers I used the Blooming Banner and for the sentiment
I use the one from Simply Tags Everyday.

I first stamp the image from Blooming Banner on a separate white cardstock
fuzzy cut each one, and colored.
As for the blue flower after stamping I fuzzy cut it and colored it with copic B01.
For the pink flower I stamped it with Hero Arts Bubble Gum ink and colored
the spaces with Sharpie yellow highlighter.

I then attached them with tape at the back of the image to hold it together.

I then stamp the Texture Tiles: Be Cool on another separate white cardstock and cut it and adhere
on my card to ground my flowers. The flowers I used plenty of foam tape to make it
pop on my card :)
As for the sentiment, I heat embossed it with silver embossing powder and fuzzy cut and
adhere it with foam tape for added dimension on my sentiment.

I added some sequins for the final touch and viola!

Here's another look of the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Thinking Of You

Hello Everyone!
Created a card for CAS(E) this Sketch this week #39.

L. O. V. E this! Don't you?

Here is my take on the challenge.

I use the stamp set from Flourishes Sweet Nature.
The sentiment  I used is from Hero Arts CL582 Year Round Sentiments.
For the vase I use the WPlus9 stamp set Fresh Preserves.

To create my vase I stamp the jar from Fresh Preserves.

I then fuzzy cut the image so that I may create a mask that I can color for the vase.

I just put the cut image I created on top of my flower image and then color away :)

As you can see I also distress the top panel of my card using the Classic Kraft ink from Papertrey.
I did this to make the flowers and vase pop even more on card panel.

For the sentiment I use a scrap black cardstock and then heat emboss my sentiment
with white embossing powder, I added some dimension at bottom of my sentiment and voila!

Here's another look of my card.

I hope you guys liked it :)
Thank you for looking.
