I first created my watercolor background by smooshing the ink pad on the heat mat and smooshing the watercolor paper and heat drying it.
I then die-cut the flowers and leaves from Petals ‘n Posies Confetti Cuts , then watercolor them and stamped the center of the flower from Petals ‘n Posies.
I then added the die-cut scallop circle from Circles ‘n Scallops Confetti Cuts.
Next, stamped the image from Beautiful Banners and die-cut. The sentiment is also from Beautiful Banners stamp set.
To finish of the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Marigold, Marshmallow, Pink Blush, and Pink Peonies.
Here's the full view of the card.
