ReplyDelete=] Michele
Oh my, beautiful card! You've inspired me to do some watercoloring... and I've seen those markers everywhere but have yet to try them. I know this may be odd, but I'm really starting to love my Chameleon pens, After all the head scratching and 'grrrr....' to figure them out, they've become my go to colour medium. If only I could get the hand of water-colouring...still mystifies me (perhaps not a skill I'm meant to have. sighhh)

Lovely card, Joni! I love how the bunnies are nestled in with the flowers. Gosh, I bounce back and forth between some kind of water color and my copics. Love them both to pieces. Thanks, Paulette S.

since google has merged my expired blogger profile for a blog that no longer exists, to my google account because they want to be "the" social media.
Never considered myself to be very artistic but I'm loving the watercolored look and find myself using my Zig Color Brush Markers. Your card is beautifully done, Joni.
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful Joni and congrats on being over at Ellen Hutson. I love the colours and all the layering of the flowers, its so clever!!!
ReplyDeleteI love it, Joni! So bright and colorful. And this stamp set is just so adorable. I am finding myself reaching for Distress Inks water colors more and more lately. ReplyDelete~God bless
Gorgeous card, Joni! I love distress inks - they are so versatile and can be used for watercolor too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card.
ReplyDeleteI still love working with distress inks. So much fun!
This is beautiful! Gorgeous gorgeous! Love it. I still use distress inks a lot for my watercolor. Thinking bout the zigs though. Lol
ReplyDeleteThe colors are simply amazing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. I love the spectacular watercoloring and how the stamps work together.
ReplyDeleteGreat colors and design! Such a perfect card. Love the warm wool for the sentiment too. Just ties the whole card together without detracting from the design. Last year, my first year in the paper crafting hobby I focused on Copic markers. This year I'm trying new techniques/mediums and water coloring, although not my favorite right now is my new "learning curve" media. It is my favorite look, just not when I do it!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute card! Love the layers! My favorite media is Distress Ink.
ReplyDeleteThose bunnies are too cute, my cats used to do that. Right now I love Distress inks and markers. But that will change.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are very bright and happy on your card! I love to color with Copic Markers and Distress Inks/Markers. Just starting to grow my watercoloring skills with Zig Clean Color Brushes, Derwent Pencils and Gansai Watercolors!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, and my fave is watercoloring: I don't have to be an artist to create with water colors.
ReplyDeleteGREAT card!! So beautiful it's fit to be framed. Right now my fave medium is watercolors!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite medium right now is Chameleon Pens! I love to color vellum with them so this flower would also look amazing if the petals were cut from vellum then colored with those awesome pens for a little muted color too!
ReplyDeleteMany Blessings,
Melitta
What an adorable card. I have such a passion for animals and animal stamps.
ReplyDeleteMy FAVE media right now is water coloring with an Aqua Painter. I can't get enough of it.
Thanks so much for sharing with us! So very nicely done!
Beautiful colors, sweet bunnies -- thanks for the details on how you watercolor using ZIG.
ReplyDeleteCute card! I love coloring with prisma Color pencils. I also really like watercolor, but I'm not very good at it yet. I need lots more practice.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, really enjoyed your post over at ellen hutson too. Those sweet little bunnies are definitely on my wish list! For coloring I mostly prefer watercolor - although I love using my colored pencils and copics, too. Just depends on the look I'm trying to achieve - I feel much more confident with watercolor, so tend to reach for them first. Slowly getting better with copics though, like anything it requires practise!
ReplyDeleteLove this card!! As for my favorite medium, that's hard. I teeter between watercolor and alcohol markers. Watercolor markers/brushes microscopically smudge ahead of my alcohol markers. LOL!
ReplyDeleteCute card. I still love copics. Even though they seem to be on the back burner everywhere right now. I'm always behind on trends. LOL. I have started playing with water coloring with distress inks.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card. I love to color with Copics more than anything.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card! As to my favorite medium, it's a toss up between watercolors and Copic markers.
