PPP + AE Collaboration & GIVEAWAY!!!

Hello Everyone, Welcome to Pretty Pink Posh + Avery Elle Collaboration! If you've been hopping with us, you should have arrived from Yuki Yoshioka's Blog. If this is your first time on this hop, we encourage you to start at the beginning at Avery Elle blog, lots of things going on that we don't want you to miss out.

For my project I used my all time favorite PPP - Scallop Frames die, bears from Winter Friends stamp set and Winter Friends die set. I also used the clouds from Rainy Days stamp set. From Avery Elle I used The Scoop Clear stamp set and The Scoop Elle-ments set.

To begin I first distressed the A2 white cardstock panel with distress inks and then die-cut the panel with the scallop frame die. Next, I die-cut four more of the scallop frame on a white cardstock then, stack them together with glue. Next, I adhered the white stack of scallop die-cut with the negative distressed panel and glued the white clouds die-cut on the distressed panel. I then, added the sequins.

Then, adhere a clear cardstock behind the distressed scallop frame adhered and adhered the piece on top of the white scallop frame. Next, I adhered the die-cut images from The Scoop Clear stamp set and Winter Friends stamp set. The sentiment is also from The Scoop Clear stamp set white heat embossed on a strip of black cardstock to finish it off.

I hope you enjoyed!
Have a great week!

Hello Everyone... this is my 2nd post of the day.

What a fun sketch from Julie Day right?  Hehehe... I call it tic-tac-toe sketch.

It was a tough sketch for me....I didn't know what to put in my little tic-tac-toe spots...LOL!
With all the contemplating here and there.....I just went with my go-to little people cutie stamp set from
Mama Elephant COSMIC STARS  I hope you guys don't mind seeing them again. As for the tic-tac-toe lines, I used the Wplus9 BORDERS & BACKGROUNDS 2. I also stamped some images from Avery Elle OH HAPPY DAY & LOVE NOTES.

Finally...the sentiments are all Wplus9 from the new HAND LETTERED HELLO set "there" & "hello"The sentiment "from all of us" is also Wplus9 WHOLE LOTTA' HAPPY set.

Here's the full view.

I hope you enjoyed this short post :)

Have a wonderful week creating.

CAS(E) this Sketch #58

Hello... sweet people of blog land
Its time for....
CAS(E) this Sketch.

To start off.... instead of making a holiday card, I made a card that can work as a thank you card or a love card because of the sentiment "You Mean The World To Me."

On my card I used the stamp set that Nina Yang created for Avery Elle called Love Notes.

1. First I distress the top of my cardstock with Distress inks; Pickled Raspberry and follow by Wild Honey.
2. Next I then splatter it with plain water then followed by Studio Calico Mr. Huey's Shine.
3. On the left side of the card, I stamped the world image that's included on the stamp set with Brilliance
pigment ink Platinum Planet to give that soft just a little hint of the image just like an added background.

4.  I then stamped the leaves cluster image directly on the card except the big flower, I stamped it on the
separate cardstock then fuzzy cut and adhere with foam dots.
5. For the sentiment, I also stamped it on the separate cardstock, cut, and adhere with foam dots.
6. For the final touches, I added some rhinestones.

Here's the look of the full card.

I hope you guys enjoyed my take.

Don't forget to checkout the other DTs for their interpretation of the sketch.

I hope you can play with us these two weeks for the love of stamping.

Have a wonderful almost weekend kinda day.

CAS(E) this Sketch #57

Hello Everyone...
I am so excited today that the sketch we will use for this week at
is none other from Yours Truly.....<3

First I want to show you all the pieces I used for my card. I just want to give you a much
clearer view of everything :)

In regards of the hearts... its the die-cuts from WPlus9 Stackers Hearts.
For the bouquet is from Avery Elle Thanks A Bunch and fuzzy cut.
The bow is from Laurels stamps & dies and the sentiment is from Oh Happy Day set.
As for the subtle dots on my card is from the Circle it set.

Here is the close-up of the bouquet, to achieve the look I used the rock and roll technique on my flowers and for the bow only on the top portion I used this technique.

For the sentiment I added the bird that's included in the Laurel stamp set, then fuzzy cut my
sentiment with the bird included. I then adhere it with glossy accent.

As for the dots Circle it stamp set is fantastic to use especially if you just want an easy dots effect, and quick!

Here is the full card.

I hope you guys enjoyed my card :)
Don't forget to check out the other DTs for there FAB interpretations.

Cannot wait to see what you guys will create.

Thank you so much for visiting me and hope I have inspired you to create :)
Have a wonderful rest of the week <3

Thanks

Hello Everyone!
I am participating at Avery Elle I <3 Challenge.

Love this color combo :)

and here is my take ....

I use the stamp from Avery Elle Texture Tiles: Be Cool.
As for the flowers I used the Blooming Banner and for the sentiment
I use the one from Simply Tags Everyday.

I first stamp the image from Blooming Banner on a separate white cardstock
fuzzy cut each one, and colored.
As for the blue flower after stamping I fuzzy cut it and colored it with copic B01.
For the pink flower I stamped it with Hero Arts Bubble Gum ink and colored
the spaces with Sharpie yellow highlighter.

I then attached them with tape at the back of the image to hold it together.

I then stamp the Texture Tiles: Be Cool on another separate white cardstock and cut it and adhere
on my card to ground my flowers. The flowers I used plenty of foam tape to make it
pop on my card :)
As for the sentiment, I heat embossed it with silver embossing powder and fuzzy cut and
adhere it with foam tape for added dimension on my sentiment.

I added some sequins for the final touch and viola!

Here's another look of the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed!
Thank you for looking.

Thank You - Runway Inspired

Hello Everyone,
I am participating at Runway Inspiration Challenge #39
the work of the talented designers are so inspiring
so I decided to give it a try myself. I hope it gives justice to the photo!

Just click HERE if you want to participate too =)

Here is what I came up with, I used Nina's wonderful stamp set

For my background I cut another panel of white cardstock and stamp it with one
of the image border from Texture Tiles and stamped it with coordinating color scheme
(I used Papertrey Inks: Hawaiian Shores, Orange Zest, and Hero Arts: Soft Apricot).

Next I die-cut the Simply Tags dies and put in on top of the other so that
I may create a window from it, and before I adhere it with foam dots I stamped
my sentiments using Blooming Banner stamp set from Avery Elle then
add a twine and adhere on the card.

Here is another look of the card =)

I hope you enjoyed my take on this challenge.

Thank you for looking!
Have a great weekday.
