Altenew June 2018 Stamp/Die Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello Everyone, welcome to the Altenew June 2018 Blog Hop! You should have arrived from Kymona's Blog. For this first card I used the new Perfectly Perfect stamp set and Perfectly Perfect die set.

To begin this card I first distressed the background with Tim Holtz Oxide inks and splattered the background with water. Then stamped my flower images on a white cardstock, colored with Copic Markers and die-cut.

I also added some white dots using my Uni-Ball White pen. Then added some Pretty Pink Posh Confetti to finish off the card.

For my second card, I first stamped the Leaf Canopy images then added some color using Copic Markers. The peach dots you see are also Copic.

For the new Mega Alphabets dies, I made a very easy simple project using this amazing products. You will have a lot of uses for these, specially the new Pocket Banner Die.

Altenew - Build - A - Flower Peony Blossom Release + GIVEAWAY!

Hello Everyone, Welcome to the Altenew Build - A - Flower Peony Blossom Release! Altenew is releasing this awesome flower set which you can see the details on their Blog HERE as well.

Product Description:

Our Build-A-Flower: Peony Blossom set includes 1 stamp set (15 images) and 1 coordinating die set (8 dies).

The Peony Blossom Build-A-Flower has a slightly different approach than our conventional Build-A-Flower sets. The stamp set has three five-petal flowers accompanied by a shading layer and a center layer. You may use these flowers as is, or layer them to create dimension. The matching dies will cut the flowers all the way to the edge without leaving a border. This will help in shaping the petals to the desired dimension when using a shaping tool (don't have a shaping tool? You can use the domed end of a pen or pencil!). We included an additional flower die and stamen dies to help you create realistic blooms! Even though we named the set 'Peony Blossom' since the petals were loosely based on Peony petals, you can let your imagination run wild and create different types of flowers!

To begin my project, I first watercolor my background, once its dried I stamped the sentiment from More Than Words stamp set.

Next, I die-cut the flower and leaves on a white cardstock and stamp the images. The really cool about this set is that you don't have a white border when you die-cut. Then, I cut the centers using white cardstock and added sequins on the center to finish the card.

Altenew Crafty Friends Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello Everyone, Welcome to Altenew Crafty Friends Blog Hop! If you are hopping along you should have come from Taheerah Atchia's Blog. If you have not started at the beginning click the link HERE. Lots of inspiration and giveaways you don't want to miss.

To begin my first card, I first stamped the flower image from Altenew Charmed stamp set using black ink then color it with Copic Markers.

I also added some Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Sparkling Clear.

For this second card I used the Altenew Fantasy Floral 3D Die set.

To begin, I die-cut some flowers from watercolor paper. I watercolored the die-cut from lightest to darkest like the image to see below.

For my background I watercolored it with gray paint and added some gray splatters as well.

Once it all dries then I glued the pieces together and added the Pretty Pink Posh Metallic Gold Confetti Mix. The stamp sentiment I used was from More than words stamp set.

Altenew - New Day Card Blog Hop!

Hello Everyone welcome to the Altenew New Day Card Blog Hop! If you have not start at the beginning of the hop you can start HERE. If you have been hoping you should have come from Lydia Evans Blog.

I really love this New Day Card Kit. First, I stamped the images from the stamp set on a white card panel. Lots of gray color inks I used on my card. For added interest on the background I also used the center image of the flower to give tiny dots on card.

Then, I die-cut the pretty die frame from the Kit 4 times and adhered together to give some dimensions on the card. Next, I stamped the sentiment on a pink cardstock I colored using Wplus9 Shell Pink Dye Ink. I also added some Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Rose Gold to finish off the card.

For my second card I used just the butterflies and the center of the flower as my background images.

I used the wood veneer from the kit as my focal point on this card and added a sentiment on a piece of cardstock to finish off the card.
