Be Mine

Hello...hello.... I hope you guys had a wonderful Holiday so far <3

Today I just want to share a card I made using Mama Elephant Pandamonium &
Love From Above "sentiments and flowers". My favorite on the entire card are the
Raspberry Sequins I used from Pretty Pink Posh,
this card just makes it pop with that yummy red color <3. Paulina sells this embellish on her etsy shoppe
you can check all the details HERE.

1. First created a card from cardstock, distress and created a heart shape using sequins, I then also added
some Primrose Color Shine Heidi Swapp on the middle of my heart.
2. Then I die-cut my card on a separate card panel.
3. Stamped all my images and the sentiments.
4. The cute panda was fuzzy cut and adhere with foam dots for added dimension.

Here's the look of the full card.

I hope you guys enjoyed this short post.

Have an Amazing day!

Card Share - Happy Birthday

Hello Everyone....
Sharing a card made for a friend, because her favorite color is mint,  so I tried my best to
give her that :)

1. First I created my cardstock panel, then heat embossed the bouquet image from Simply Jane in random.
2. Then distress the flower that I embossed with Evergreen Bough Ranger, then splatter it with water
and the new color Spray mist from Heidi Swapp Seafoam.
3. Then die-cut a tag using Avery Elle Simply tags die, I cut it on the watercolor paper and vellum. I
watercolor and embossed the vellum with sentiment.
4. At the bottom of my tag is my favorite in the whole entire card. Those mint color sequins...LooOooVE
this! These are mint colored sequins my friends, from Pretty Pink Posh Etsy store....link is HERE.

5. I then attached some Natural twine from May Arts, then adhere my tag with foam dots.
6. The bow on the tag is from My Favorite Things Dainty Bows set. I die-cut some glittered papers from
    Michaels.

Here's the look of the card.

I hope you enjoyed!

Thank you for vising me.
Have an AWESOME day :)

CAS(E) this Sketch #58

Hello... sweet people of blog land
Its time for....
CAS(E) this Sketch.

To start off.... instead of making a holiday card, I made a card that can work as a thank you card or a love card because of the sentiment "You Mean The World To Me."

On my card I used the stamp set that Nina Yang created for Avery Elle called Love Notes.

1. First I distress the top of my cardstock with Distress inks; Pickled Raspberry and follow by Wild Honey.
2. Next I then splatter it with plain water then followed by Studio Calico Mr. Huey's Shine.
3. On the left side of the card, I stamped the world image that's included on the stamp set with Brilliance
pigment ink Platinum Planet to give that soft just a little hint of the image just like an added background.

4.  I then stamped the leaves cluster image directly on the card except the big flower, I stamped it on the
separate cardstock then fuzzy cut and adhere with foam dots.
5. For the sentiment, I also stamped it on the separate cardstock, cut, and adhere with foam dots.
6. For the final touches, I added some rhinestones.

Here's the look of the full card.

I hope you guys enjoyed my take.

Runway Inspired Challenge #50

Hello Everyone.....the year 2013 is slipping by so quickly almost new year eh...
I hope you are so far almost done with your holiday shopping, and enjoying the season :)

I really love this inspiration photo that we have for the challenge, Its one of my favorite :)

Matthew Williamson Spring 2014

For my card I created using the stamp background from Hero Arts Large Flower Background

For my lime green panel, I distressed it using Papertrey Ink Limeade Ice ink pad, to get the light green look
sorta like the blouse of what the model is wearing.  I have to wait for a few minutes then adhere all the
elements on my panel.

Here is the view of card when it hits the light "shimmer" of the card panel here. This card panel originally is cream but was easily transpose to a light lime green color after the distress.
I got this Shimmer cardstock from Michaels by Recollection section of paper pads....just in case you would like to purchase it.

I used vellum on my flowers, leaves, and sentiment on this card. I first embossed my vellum with
white embossing powder using the background stamp then fuzzy cut. For the leaves after cutting
I then colored it with YG95 copic marker.

Also if you would look close at the middle of the flower I inked that using Color Box
pigment ink Frost White. I just used a Q-tip to dabbed the color on the middle of the flowers.

As for the middle of the flowers were added with Antique Copper Microbeads from Michaels
Recollection brand.

As for the sentiment I used the Antique Gold embossing powder from Ranger.
The scallop at the bottom of the card is cut with Heart border die from Papertrey Ink. The lime paper
is from Michaels as well.

Here's another look of the card.

I hope you enjoyed.

Hello Everyone...
I am so excited today that the sketch we will use for this week at
is none other from Yours Truly.....<3

First I want to show you all the pieces I used for my card. I just want to give you a much
clearer view of everything :)

In regards of the hearts... its the die-cuts from WPlus9 Stackers Hearts.
For the bouquet is from Avery Elle Thanks A Bunch and fuzzy cut.
The bow is from Laurels stamps & dies and the sentiment is from Oh Happy Day set.
As for the subtle dots on my card is from the Circle it set.

Here is the close-up of the bouquet, to achieve the look I used the rock and roll technique on my flowers and for the bow only on the top portion I used this technique.

For the sentiment I added the bird that's included in the Laurel stamp set, then fuzzy cut my
sentiment with the bird included. I then adhere it with glossy accent.

As for the dots Circle it stamp set is fantastic to use especially if you just want an easy dots effect, and quick!

Coming Up Roses

Hello Everyone,
I bought this new December release from WPlus9...which I really love, tried to feature it here on my blog
I hope you guys like it.

For those of you who are looking for the Valentine Wishes projects just click HERE.

Without further Ado....
Here are my installment of WPlus9 goodness  - Coming Up Roses.

First I want to show you the pieces I made for this card.
Using the stamps and die cuts from Coming Up Roses and Fresh Cut Florals.

I added more foam tape for dimensions.
I also added a seam binding ribbon in white.

I also embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder from Fresh Cut Wreath and then
fussy cut the sentiment, then added some foam dots.

Here's the full card.

For this card, I created a wedding card. What I did here is stamp my image randomly on my
card panel to achieve this look. I also stamped some of the image in gold embossing powder to add shimmer when the card is move to the light.

Here is the close-up of the shine.

On this card I created a scene, made a tree using the baby's breath image using the
small and large from the Coming up Roses set.

Experiment does pay off to get more use of your stamp set :)

At the bottom of my card I drew this little girl image using my copic markers,
to fill out the space on my card.

For the sentiment on this card I used the stamp set Heartfelt Mix.

Here is the full card.

My final card, I die-cut more of the images and added some more foam dots.
On this card I also used the frame from Very Vintage Florals. I used the
frame on that set and the die that matches it.

For the background, I just add the old woodgrain paper from Crate Paper, Prima, and some
gold chevron washi from Michaels.

Here's the final card.

I hope you enjoyed my projects, even though its very long.
Have a wonderful day.

Thank you for visiting me!

Valentine Wishes

Hello Lovelies.....
I am so loving this new stamp set from WPlus9 Valentine Wishes.
This is by far one of my favorite in the recently December release.

I think I really fell in love with the font. Its Beautiful!
I would just like to share the cards I made using this set.

To start off...I made male card using this stamp set. The stripes is from the
Country Charm, using yellow, blue, and green colors.

For this card I flipped the banner to create another look :) and used selective stamping with the
wreath image.

I also die cut some red hearts to adhere on my thick natural twine to achieve that masculine look.

Here's the full card.

On this next card, I colored my flowers and banners using the technique that Dawn used in her
last video HERE. Using your copics and using copic colorless blender to make your image to look like watercolor. Its pretty neat.

I also used gold embossing power on my sentiment and Damask Delight image.

I just want to show you the pieces of this card :)
After stamping my Background & Borders 1
I splatter it with Heidi Swapp Gold Lame and Studio Calico Shine.

I added some foam dots to the wreath, banner and the fuzzy cut sentiment.

Here's the full card.

My last card using this set. I used the distressing technique on my white panel card stock.

I first stamp the image with white embossing power, then I distress the whole panel, then splatter it
with water...just water this time. I really like this, so fun making it.

As for the banner I used the
Valentine Wishes die and use the stamp set from Cupid's Arrow, to finish the card.

Here is the full card.

I hope you enjoyed my long post and have inspired you.

Thank you so much for vising me.
Have a wonderful week!

sentiments from the Fresh Cut Florals. At the bottom of this image you can see that I
embossed the image from Damask Delight with gold embossing powder.

For the white panel of my card I used the Hero Arts Cling Stamp TINY STAR BACKGROUND
I hope you can see it in this photo <3

I added some seam binding ribbon and embossed the sentiment with Gold Embossing Power.
