Runway Inspired Challenged #53

Hello Everyone....
Sorry I have been absent a while and late in the input of my take for
I do have a very good reason though I was finalizing my projects for my last days of school  and FINALLY done with school this past Tues. Already now am officially have my
Bachelor of Science Degree in Software Engineering :)
So..so happy :) Now I need to get a job now to support my leisure of the crafty world...LOL!
OK, I am going to stop talking about me now :)

Moving on to the challenge...

So loving the inspiration photo....don't you?
Love the fabulous colors and the design of the dress!

Temperley London
(source image)

To start my card, I first stamped the  double line image from Wplus9 Country Charm to imitate the look of the dress.

For my next step, I then color my stamped line image using the Tim Holtz Adirondack Alcohol Ink in Wild Plum "for the fuchsia" color.

For the tip: I added some plain rubbing alcohol on my ink color to dilute it. It varies the colors depends on how much alcohol you use to dilute the inks....which is pretty cool :)

Here are the pieces for my card.
The main flowers I used is one of the image from the Wplus9 Hope Seed Co.

For the middle of my flower  the Tim Holtz Adirondack Alcohol Ink in Stream.  For the petals I used the Wild Plum, it varies with color by adding the regular Alcohol to dilute
the ink....I just played with it until I get the color I want. It dries really quick because the ink
is Alcohol base. Though you can also use your Copic markers with this type of ink since
Copic also is alcohol base.

I also added one of the image from the Wplus9 Lacey Layers, to add with my flowers. I then colored the whole stamped image with Copic E00.

As for the distressed panel, I used the Tim Holtz Distress ink in Dusty Concord. I only distress
half of the panel.

For the sentiment for my card I used one of the sentiments from
 the Wplus9 Very Vintage Florals.

Also entering this at Wplus 9 Comfort Zone Challenge.

Here is the full look of the card.

I hope you enjoyed my card.....
