I am playing again with CASE STUDY as the Muse this month of March.
Here is the my original card HERE.
For my take for the second time, instead of distressing my panel. This time I inked my heat mat sprayed it with water and smooshed my doily embossed panel on the mat to get the ink, then used my heat gun to dry my panel and do the process again 3 or 4 times really depends on your liking *-* wink!!!
As for my focal point before stamping the image on the cardstock, I first ink the image then spritz it with water them stamped it on the cardstock. Next I then stamped it again with the darker ink color just regular without water spritzing to get the watercolor and bold look of the image. The flower image is from Avery Elle Thanks A Bunch stamp set.
Here's the look of the full card.
